••    BACK HOME / JETTY MARKER 45    ••

A certain combination of tide, swell angle and sand banks delivered some outstanding sessions. During 2 sessions we found a unique setting and wedgy peaks, that fueled a natural high.
It's amazing just how fun a session in Holland can be. Being at the right place at the right time is key, in our fickle North Sea. Like at jetty marker 45, a place that traded a lot of pleasure for a bit of pain.
Being slightly overexcited, I only eyed off the section and saw the steel jetty marker at the very last second. I was getting too comfortable with the steel pole being right in the line of the waves… anyway, it definitely didn't spoil the fun.

A sneak peak of the pier powered session below… more to come later. Maybe not on Jagershots, but most probably somewhere else.

It's good to be back home again. All pics by Ray Max – www.ray-max.com
